Dr. Methusela M. Masanja leads TAGET's development function, shaping the strategic initiatives that determine where the organisation focuses its restoration and community work.

His role covers the full programme lifecycle: identifying environmental and community needs, designing programmes that respond to them, and establishing the frameworks used to measure whether those programmes actually deliver.

He works closely with partners across government, research, and the donor community to align TAGET's technical work with wider conservation and sustainable development priorities in Tanzania.
